The key to string cheese...
is getting the right amount. Too little, and you’re chewing your own teeth, trying to find purchase on non-existent foodstuffs. Too much, and you’re overwhelmed with the rubbery flavor of a sub-par cheese product. But find that perfect balance between texture and flavor and you’re in 4th grade heaven.
